Century-old oak trees open pathways leading to quiet outdoor places of prayer and reflection.  Like prophets of old, these towering oaks seem to whisper the ancient words of wisdom found in Psalm 46:11….

”Be still and know that I am God.”

Believing that love comes from God and flows through the human heart, Amor Meus seeks to be a channel of God’s love in the lives of God’s people throughout the world. This is experienced in many ways at Amor Meus Spirituality Center.

Amor Meus is a quiet inviting place surrounded by the silence that calls one to enter into this peaceful haven.

Here at Amor Meus, a Latin phrase for “My Love,” we open our doors to offer a warm welcome to all who seek the loving heart of God.  This atmosphere of peace gives retreatants a place to reflect prayerfully on his/her relationship with God and others.

 
Amor Meus offers a sanctuary away from the rush and noise of the world.  This sacred space is ideal for prayer and meditation..., whether in the chapel, on the breezeway or walking the grounds surrounded by God's gift of nature.  

 

Amor Meus Spirituality Center is a ministry of the Sisters of the Incarnate Word and Blessed Sacrament of Victoria, Texas.

The Center seeks to extend the Sisters’ charism of Incarnational Spirituality to individuals and groups who desire to deepen their spiritual growth and love of God.

Amor Meus Spirituality Center offers a place for silent retreats, experiences of prayer, personal reflection and solitude in an atmosphere of quiet contemplation, nature’s beauty and the peace of a sacred space.

Amor Meus Spirituality Center also seeks to expand its community outreach ministry through educational experiences and opportunities.
